While I’ve not posted here in a long time, I’ve written or composed or slapped some chords together every single day without fail. The projects take a life of their own, and throw up at you. This musical rebirth, where ever it goes, whatever happens, has literally saved my life on more than one occasion. [..... would you know more, or what? ]
Trio, a multi-movement symphony I started composing a couple of weeks ago has kicked it’s first scream – I finished scoring the first movement today. This past month has been a lot about getting back into the groove of a regular music writing practice. Every day, in some concrete way, I’ve written some sort of music – sometimes it’s just been playing around with rhythms and chords, other times I’ve written and re-arranged whole pieces of music. 99% of that [..... would you know more, or what? ]

…they just decompose. As for myself, however, I’m composing. Writing. Creating. Doing. Living. The resulting work may be of questionable quality more often then I’d like, but if I’m ever to score, I must take notes. I don’t blog much. Never have. I’ve had the best intentions, but it just ain’t in the cards. When [..... would you know more, or what? ]
